Once again, Miss Venezuela, bagged the Miss Universe title for 2009. Its two consecutive wins for Venezuela. Runners up are: Dominican Republic, Kosovo, Australia & Puerto Rico. Our very own, Bianca Manalo, did not make the 15 semifinalists, although in the Leaderboard of the Miss Universe, she was ranked #11. No Asian entered the top 15 this year. Although Miss China won Miss Congeniality & Miss Thailand won Miss Photogenic.Other favorites included Czech Republic, France, Belgium, Indonesia, South Africa & USA.
